Die Rukkehr skeletons movement question

I translate the Legend "Die Rukkehr" and I can not understand one particular sentence:

Could somebody please help me?

Skeleton movement occurs when time token reach 4th hour (like with the wolves) or when token leave 4th hour?

What if during your movement your time token pass 4th hour and Skeleton goes at the same field as your hero? You must stop and end your turn?

Also why is there 2 wineskins demanded at 1st page of the mini-legend? In text there is only one - you can have it if you will draw Parchment with value 7.

Yes, correkt, you must stop and end your turn.

Well, this is a mystery.
I asked the same question two days before:
"Die Rückkehr" - 2. TS
Unfortunately - no answer from Michael Menzel.

Perhaps this is only a little mistake.

Hi BWT,
when time token leaves 4th hour, only that Skeletons move, who is three or less fields away from Chada or Thorn. They always move to the nearest hero.
