Hello fellow Andor enthusiasts!

Free actions are not allowed during battle rounds. The rules state that during a group battle heroes can exchange objects (Witch’s Brew, Runestones etc.) with fellow fighters at the end of a battle round.

But I was wondering if any other free actions can take place at the end of a battle round: specifically, can heroes use objects such the Andoran Flute or the herb to raise Willpower points between battle rounds, or the Hadrian Hourglass if more hours are needed? Or can these objects only be used before the hero's attack (before the battle begins)?

yes, they can use this and other objects (e.g. a falcon) between two battle rounds.
