Use wineskin then fill slot before moving?

If the three small item slots are full, can the character empty a wineskin to move but before moving pick up an item and put it in the slot the wineskin was in?

no, this is not possible. You move the hero and use the wineskin. You cannot pick up another item before movement.

I wonder who thinks one CAN use wineskin to move, then pick up object before moving and who says one CANNOT use wineskin, then pick up object in its place, then move?
