Hi again,

changes to the basic rules are always listed clearly. As long as the fate card doesn't say something like "mark the gor with an X (or anything like that), he's not moving at sunrise" - yea, then you have to move him.

Yes, he moves. And he's coming to get you.
Actually, I always found that very acommodating of him to draw nearer so I did not have to move all the way to fight him.
