C&T: Thorn facing right (rain)

Could you tell me what you get as a special ability in the "Thorn facing right" card (rain side)?

I saw a file with the english translation, and it says "You receive the Orweyn Hammer or 1 willpoint"

In the italian and french card, we have the Orweyn Hammer or "1 Wineskin" (Trinkschlauch).

What is the right one?
